The process of developing a model starts with the translation of the supplied CAD date into a volume model, a concept model, an appearance model and finally a functional model. Pilot runs are also possible.

We listen carefully to your requirements for the model you want to be made. After studying the information provided, we discuss the feasibility of the model with you at length. We believe it is important to define clearly what is possible, but also what is not possible. After that, we can advise you on specific characteristics of the model, technical details, choice of materials, use of colours, etcetera. Our craftsmen are able to deliver the details and look-and-feel of the intended production article in the very first appearance model. This has real value for our clients as it enables them to judge - quickly and reliably - whether their design vision can be translated into the reality of a mass - produced article.
